Chhailim is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations at Royal University of Law and Economics. With a strong interest in youth empowerment, human rights, and inclusive policymaking, she is passionate about exploring how research and community engagement can shape better futures. Eager to apply academic knowledge in a real-world context.Chhailim has joined Future Forum as a Hub Intern, where she support the organization’s operations and youth engagement activities. Through this experience, she aim to gain practical insights into policy-focused workspaces while contributing to initiatives that foster civic participation and promote equitable development in Cambodia.
