About An Inclusive Agenda For Cambodia

An Inclusive Agenda For Cambodia is the inaugural edition of The Cambodia We Want publication series by the Future Forum, a Cambodian public policy think tank dedicated to cultivating a new generation of competent policy thinkers and makers. Through The Cambodia We Want, the Future Forum publishes refined research outputs from policy researchers, including Junior Research Fellows, Research Fellows, and Senior Research Fellows, in pursuit of a just, democratic, dynamic, and prosperous Cambodia shaped by the needs of its people.

In this edition, twelve fellows from the Inclusive Policy Fellowship Plus program present their perspectives within their respective policy areas and propose practical, comprehensive policy solutions. Topics addressed include tax system reform, restructuring gender roles within households, improving emergency preparedness, combatting technology-facilitated gender-based violence, and building safer cities. These contributions seek to advance an agenda for a more inclusive future for Cambodia. The fellows commenced their fellowship in October 2025 and completed this publication in February 2026.
