Future Forum is seeking a Fellowship Program Manager to be a part of the Future Forum team for a minimum duration of 1 year. The Fellowship Program Manager will manage the implementation of the policy research program through FF’s fellowship approach. The Manager will lead recruitment, training, mentorship, and coordination efforts while ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in economics, public policy, development studies, social sciences, business/administration or related fields or Bachaelor’s degree and graduate of Future Forum’s Young Researchers Program.
At least 3 years of experience in managing and coordinating researchers, programs, or networks in the policy sector
Strong understanding of Cambodia’s policy landscape
Proven experience in managing training programs, mentorship systems, or advocacy campaigns
Knowledge of various social media and community platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in spoken and written Khmer and English
