Fellowship Program Intern x1
We are seeking a Fellowship Program Intern to provide critical research support and administrative coordination directly to our 24 Research Fellows and 5 specialized Policy Groups. This role is designed for an aspiring policy analyst wanting hands-on experience in research management, peer-review coordination, and policy foresight methodologies.

Your tasks
Act as the primary internal resource for the five specialized policy groups, assisting Policy Group Secretaries in compiling literature reviews and tracking researcher milestones.
Manage the administrative submission tracker for the cohort’s academic outputs, ensuring the collection, formatting, and initial reference-checking of Foresight Articles and Policy Briefs.
Assist in the operational delivery of the 10 Refresher Trainings and 10 Research Helpdesks by distributing materials and documenting key learning briefs.
Actively participate in and document the 20 Ideation and Policy Drill Sessions, systematically compiling peer-review feedback and presentation scores.
Conduct rapid-response literature mapping on contemporary regional policy frameworks to support fellows.
Monitor and maintain records of fellow attendance and participation hours to support fellowship compliance.
Spend four working hours a week on Saturday, or any other designated time as determined by the Director of Programs, attending fellowship training and colearning sessions.
Your profile
Current advanced undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a highly analytical field, from a credible higher education institution.
Strong academic writing, proofreading, and data literacy skills; familiarity with policy briefs or academic research structures.
Basic understanding of or keen interest in specialized policy domains (Foresight, infrastructure, GEDSI, human development).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated high commitment, punctuality, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new things and work in a diverse team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Working level of English language proficiency and excellent command of Khmer language are mandatory.

Hub and Event Intern x2
We are seeking two energetic Hub and Event Interns to manage spatial logistics and experiential hospitality. This team will ensure our physical infrastructure, "The Hub," remains an inspiring intellectual space and that all public and internal events run with absolute operational precision.

Your tasks
Assist in writing, designing, and publishing engaging content across Future Forum’s website, newsletter channels, and social media platforms.
Regularly audit, refresh, and update resources on the Future Forum website to ensure seamless user accessibility and sustained public engagement.
Manage the publishing pipeline for 35 video assets across YouTube and corporate channels, maximizing visibility through search-optimized (SEO) titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
Ideate, draft, and produce visually appealing print and digital materials, including event posters, promotional flyers, banners, corporate envelopes, and report layouts.
Act as the primary on-site photographer during training activities, fellowship cohorts, and public events.
Collaborate with Policy Group Secretaries to build, verify, and maintain cloud-synchronized internal profiles of speakers, researchers, and stakeholders.
Assist in drafting, refining, and executing long-term communication strategies and tracking external media coverage.

Your profile
Current undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.

Multimedia Production Intern x3
We are seeking three creative Multimedia Production Interns to form an internal video production crew. This team will be responsible for capturing, mixing, and mastering broadcast-grade digital content to elevate public policy discourse across Future Forum’s major public dialogue events.

Your tasks
Serve as the technical crew for the setup, engineering, and operation of multi-camera filming, studio lighting grids, and multi-channel audio capture for all public dialogue forums.
Act as primary editors responsible for sequencing, cutting, color grading, and audio sweetening of premium public video assets (Public Lectures, Small Idea Presentations, and Policy Talks).
Implement and rigidly adhere to a standardized Digital Media Style Guide, ensuring all video content features uniform lower-thirds, data graphics, and branded intros/outros.
Execute daily inventory checks, cleaning protocols, and secure storage logs for all production hardware (cameras, lenses, microphones, editing rigs).
Crop, re-sequence, and format master event recordings into optimized short-form promotional clips for diverse digital platforms.
Collaborate directly with the Hub & Events team to ensure stage layouts, presentation screens, and microphones are perfectly synchronized with production needs.
Spend four working hours a week on Saturday, or any other designated time as determined by the Director of Programs, attending fellowship training and colearning sessions.
Your profile
Current undergraduate student or fresh graduate, from a credible higher education institution, in Media and Communications, Journalism, Film Production, or a portfolio-equivalent background.
Previous experience or familiarity with event planning, community outreach, video production, or podcasting is an advantage.
Working proficiency in industry-standard editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and practical experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio equipment.
Enthusiasm for creative policy communication, content creation, and research community building.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated high commitment, punctuality, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new things and work in a diverse team.
Working level of English language proficiency and excellent command of Khmer language are mandatory.
