Cambodia and France en route ‘strategic partnership’, PM Manet says

The Future Forum’s Chhengpor Aun talked to local media startup Prochea Kaset about a plan announced by Prime Minister Hun Manet to elevate Cambodia-France relations to a ‘strategic partnership’. Chhengpor said the plan, if realised, would be a win for both sides, which have been natural partners.
