SAN Pov earned an associate degree in Nursing Science in 2015 from the University of Health Science. Since then she has been working as a surgical nurse at a public hospital. In 2020, she completed a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Western University. In 2021, she graduated from the Department of International Studies, IFL, RUPP, majoring in International Economics. She is currently a Young Research Fellow at Future Forum. Her research interests strongly focus on public health and socio-economic development of Cambodia.
