Currently, Rany is an accounting assistant at GAVI NGO, with prior experience as an accounting officer at MangoTango Asia and as an assistant to the managing director at Lucky Burger. She volunteered as an assistant in Honour Village Cambodia, and as a girls' education manager at Project G. She also worked at Project Y Frozen Yoghurt, rotating across sales, marketing, finance, HR, and production. Moreover, she worked as a health and sport manager, business class manager, and NGO’s senior leadership team at Cambodia Rural Students Trust. She is also planning to study abroad and return to help Cambodians.
