Va Vortey is a Cambodian climate policy and communications professional specializing in climate adaptation, green finance, and science-policy translation. She contributed to Cambodia's first GCF-funded National Adaptation Plan project at the Ministry of Environment, making complex climate and finance information accessible to government stakeholders and development partners. She holds a Master of Media and Communication from Macquarie University, Australia, and has participated in regional climate research and clean energy dialogues. As a Future Forum Junior Research Fellow, she focuses on climate, environment, and green finance policy ahead of Cambodia's LDC graduation in 2029.
