"VONG Promnea is currently a Project Officer/Co-National Coordinator at Open Development Cambodia (ODC). Prior to joining ODC, he worked at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) as a Project Assistant, implementing initiatives that promote and protect the rights of the LGBTIQ+ community and fundamental freedoms in Cambodia.

In 2023, Promnea joined Future Forum as a Young Research Fellow in Batch 1 (Mekong Bon) of the Young Researchers Program, where he conducted policy research on rural-urban migrant workers in Phnom Penh. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and International Relations."
