Vatanak holds a bachelor's in Global Affairs with a minor in Southeast Asian Studies from the American University of Phnom Penh. Currently, he is a policy officer at the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee. His prior roles include ICT in education project officer at Open Development Cambodia, research intern at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, student tutor at his university, and English as a Second Language at a private school. He was elected as a senior representative, the Committee for Community Service Program’s President, and actively participated as a volunteer English teacher at a public school and co-organized Model UN/ASEAN Meeting at AUPP.
