SOKH Sreng completed two bachelor's degrees in business administration from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) and in management information systems from Temple University, the United States of America. Currently he’s pursuing a Master's degree at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP), and working as a Senior IT Auditor for KPMG Cambodia. In addition, he has been involved with the Cambodia Rural Students Trust (CRST) based in Siem Reap for nearly ten years and transformed himself from a scholarship recipient to an advisor and mentor to the organization’s projects. Thanks to several CRST educational social enterprise initiatives he and his peers grew their hands-on business, leadership and management skills and landed a good job today. His belief in breaking the poverty cycle through education inspired him to deepen his interests in education and technology. With a combination of his experiences and skills gained from Future Forum’s Young Researchers Program, he hopes to contribute to the agenda of education reform through integrating technology in education to make learning more accessible for poor rural communities.
