Somalika graduated from the RULE major in English Languages Based Bachelor of Law. Currently, She is a Clean Energy Fellow with EnergyLab Asia. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, sustainability, and emerging climate-related markets, particularly green finance and clean energy transition. She has experience working on corporate, environmental, and renewable energy-related legal matters in Cambodia, including projects involving carbon credits, green investments, and regulatory compliance. She has also represented RULE-ELBBL in several international moot court competitions and is passionate about using law and policy as tools to support sustainable development and responsible economic growth.
