Vandara Sin is a communications and youth program professional. Over the past seven years, she has worked in media and communications, youth engagement, and social innovation—supporting young people through entrepreneurship and innovation programs, communication campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that focus on healthcare and well-being, civic participation, and climate issues. She previously worked at the social enterprise Impact Hub Phnom Penh, where she led youth and civic participation programs and managed a media initiative called Prosob, supporting media and content creators for social impact through programs, campaigns, and ecosystem engagement. She also mentors and coaches youth platforms and individuals in developing social impact solutions, as well as in their personal self-nurturing journeys.
Currently, Vandara works as a freelance consultant in her field and is deepening her interest in research and the intersection of media, health and well-being, and policy—particularly as it relates to young people and community development.
