Ms. UNG Siev Thean is currently a policy researcher at Techo Startup Center (TSC). Siev Thean holds Bachelor of Arts in Law (Dual Degree) from American University of Phnom Penh and University of Arizona, as well as an Erasmus Mundus International Master of Security, Intelligence & Strategic Studies (IMSISS) with concentration in Security, Technology, and Society from University of Glasgow, Dublin City University, and Charles University.
