Mr. CHHOUR Si Minh majors in a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (BA-IR) at the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy, Royal University of Phnom Penh. As a Member of the National Council of ASEAN Youth Advocates Network (AYAN) - Cambodia, he currently holds a position as Co-Director of Internal Affairs of AYAN Cambodia. In tandem, he is also an Assistant to Mr. NORN Samnangseymony, Country Director of AYAN Cambodia. He has been honoured by Chulalongkorn University as a Delegate to the Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative 2023, convened in Bangkok, Thailand, where he formulated policy recommendations to ASEAN’s response to food insecurity, the climate crisis, and other looming threats that will prove inadequate and may reinforce existing inequalities. Over more, he was invited to be a Panelists, on the Panel ECO-PEACE, during the EARTH TRUSTEESHIP DIALOGUE, NATURE RIGHTS: THE COMMONS FOR ECO-PEACE, Open Coalition networking toward the 2024 UN Summit for the Future, with Mr. VONGTHEP Arthakaivalvatee, Former Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN as Moderator, convened at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Since 2019, Mr. CHHOUR Si Minh experienced being an interpreter for IDP Cambodia’s 5th Annual Global Alumni Convention, UK Education and Scholarship Expo, 8th Annual Global Alumni Convention, and Korean Camp Season 3 organised by International Youth Fellowship (IYF).
