OU Virak

Seaklay is a Policy Researcher with a background in promoting gender equality. He has actively involved in working with the LGBTIQ+ community in Cambodia since 2014 and is currently employed at a public institution focused on digital economy. Seaklay has experience in community organizing, training, advocacy as well as program management and policy analysis. In his free time, Seaklay enjoys working out, gardening, and cleaning the house.
