KAO Sahak Vatey is currently a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (B.Ed TEFL) at the Department of English, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a fifth-year student majoring in Medicine at the University of Health Sciences. In addition to her academic standing, she has served as a volunteer for the United Nations Development Programme, Project Sa’Bai Cambodia, Global Peace Foundation, and Cambodian ELT Conference. She is now a Young Research Fellow at Future Forum. Her research interests revolve around public health, pedagogy and multiculturalism in education, gender inequality, as well as reproductive health education.
