Nika is passionate about exploring how gender is understood and addressed across a range of fields, including education, climate change, women’s migration, socio-economic mobility, urban planning, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). She recently graduated with a degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) and is an alumni of the Harpswell Foundation. Currently, Nika works with Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC), a local organization dedicated to promoting gender equality and empowering women.
