CHHORN Reakshar earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics. She is a provincial office coordinator in the Youth and Citizens Empowerment program in the Siem Reap regional office at Transparency International Cambodia organization (TI Cambodia). Her main responsibilities are to collaborate and facilitate works with authority, youth, citizens, and CSOs to promote integrity and transparency at the grassroots level in four provinces, such as Siem Reap, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, and Kampong Thom. As a young research fellow at Future Forum, Reakshar is interested in the area of public service digitalization.
