SOUN Ratana Somany is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the Department of International Studies (DIS) and the Department Of English (DOE) at the Institution of Foreign Languages (IFL) of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). She is a former ACE Student Ambassador (2018-2019) at the Australian Centre for Education (ACE). She has volunteered with ACE, IDP education, The SEED Cambodia, and other various projects. Being a young fellow, Somany is interested in cybersecurity and cyber diplomacy.
