OU Virak
Chanleap Pin is a Cambodian educator, researcher, and inclusive policy practitioner with over a decade of experience across education, health, and trade. Her work focuses on GEDSI-sensitive research, co-design, and human-centered policy approaches. Chanleap coordinates the Trade and Gender Equality Incubator and lectures at Cambodian universities. She has worked with UNICEF, BBC Media Action, and Tetra Tech, focusing on marginalized communities, youth, and women. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Sydney and is committed to amplifying the voices of community, stakeholders and marginalized groups through participatory and evidence-based research methods.
