Oudom is a recent graduate of Thammasat University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a major in Politics and International Relations, and a minor in Government and Transnational Studies. He currently works as a strategy officer at the Skills Development Fund Cambodia. His research interests include contemporary politics, youth culture, and epistemology.
