OU Virak

IN Leavsovath is currently a policy researcher at Digital Economy and Business Committee, Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is also pursuing his master’s degree in Comparative Education at Beijing Normal University, China. He graduated from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, with dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in 2021. He is one of the honor program students in the academic year of 2020-2021 at the department of English with a research thesis “Assessing to E-pedagogy in Higher Education: A case study on students and lecturers’ perception toward online assessments in the department of English”. Aside from the academy, he developed his research skill when he was an intern at Cambodia Development and Resource Institute (CDRI). His research interest revolved around educational technology, higher education studies, and sustainable development.
