Mr. Chheuy Laoteng holds a Bachelor of Education from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. For his professional path, he used to be an English teacher for several years. Currently, He is the project Coordinator in the project of Professional Development at Upper Secondary Schools commissioned by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports.
