Originally from Stung Treng Province, Miss Vitheavy holds a dual bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) and in Media Management from the Department of Media and Communication (DMC), the Royal University of Phnom Penh. During her academic life, she gained solid experience in the research field as a part-time research intern at Cambodia Education Forum and later became a full-time research intern at Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) for 6 months. Besides, she also did a research thesis for her graduation under the topic of ‘Journalism as a Prospective Career in Cambodia: The Case of DMC Students’.
