Kimly LAY is currently a Junior Research Fellow and Project Coordinator for the World We Want and Digital Culture book project. He was also a former Young Research Fellow at Future Forum. He has joined Future Forum since October, 2019 in a Policy Lab Program and in 2020, Young Researchers Program batch III. He has experience in leading and coordinating various projects and research projects. His research project on Food Security and Nutrition in Cambodia in 2030. Kimly holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science majoring in Political Science and International Relations from Paragon International University, Cambodia. His research interests include Public policy, Political economy, ASEAN’s foreign policy specifically Cambodia’s foreign policy in ASEAN, and Climate change.
