SRI Kim Hour (Ryan) is a fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy, Royal University of Phnom Penh. He used to volunteer at a youth organization under the U.S. embassy, the U.S. Ambassador’s Youth Council Cambodia, for two years and work on market research in the private sector during his fourth year in university. Currently, he is working at a telecommunication company in Cambodia with a role that highly focuses on digitalization. He aspires to minimize the digital gap in Cambodia and assist the government’s plan to reach the digital transformation goal in 2035 through public policy research. A young research fellow of the 2023 Young Researchers Program January to June Cohort, Kim Hour is interested in the digital economy, digital transformation, and digital literacy.
