Sovisal holds bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and TESOL, with a strong interest in social development, particularly in skills development and social support systems. His work focuses on research, education, and project management in areas such as youth empowerment, community development, and TVET. He has participated in various activities and collaborations with the Cambodia Education Forum, USAYCkh, Transparency International Cambodia, and other NGOs, contributing to community engagement, research, and youth-focused initiatives that aim to support long-term social development.
