OU Virak
Srang Khadane obtained a degree in franco-Khmer law and international relations from two respective universities, which are Royal University of Law and Economics, and Institute of International Studies and Public Policy, Royal University of Phnom Penh. Her research interests include TVET education (Skill development), as well as the green industry. She is currently working as a program assistant for projects under ADB and Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. While working here, she developed her interest in the field of education, specifically in post-secondary TVET to advance our industry development from low-skilled to skill-based. Being part of the Young Fellows, she is keen to deepen her interests while studying the market orientation and how technical training institutes can deliver industry-responsive skills development.

Education is specific to upskilling and reskilling TVET training. The research seeks to learn what are challenges and possible to critical progress of industry development.
