With over eight years of experience in teaching, research, program management, and leadership, Rathany has successfully delivered field learning programs for 250+ social work students in collaboration with 50+ organization partners. He has co-led multiple research projects and actively engaged in numerous national and international professional development and leadership programs. Recognised with multiple awards, He recently earned a Master’s in Public Policy through the Australia Awards Scholarship, specialising in Green Finance Policy. Leveraging his background in social work and public policy, He enjoys working on evidence-based solutions, stakeholder engagement, and implementing effective programs, driven by his passion for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
