With over eight years of experience in teaching, research, program management, and leadership, I have successfully delivered field learning programs for 250+ social work students in collaboration with 50+ organization partners. I have co-led multiple research projects and actively engaged in numerous national and international professional development and leadership programs. Recognised with multiple awards, I recently earned a Master’s in Public Policy through the Australia Awards Scholarship, specialising in Green Finance Policy. Leveraging my background in social work and public policy, I enjoy working on evidence-based solutions, stakeholder engagement, and implementing effective programs, driven by my passion for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
