Chea Chanchorney holds a degree in Global Affairs with a minor in Law from the American University of Phnom Penh. Her thesis on Cambodia’s hedging strategies in the US-China rivalry sparked a strong interest in foreign policy. Hands-on experience with the European External Action Service and the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) further deepened her focus on inclusive governance and sustainable development. Volunteering and debate enriched her perspective beyond academics. Now working with an international NGO, she aims to inform and shape evidence-based policies that truly make a difference.
