Mr. CHHAI Bunsonareach holds the position of Cabinet Member to H.E. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of special missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy. During his time as a young researcher for the Cambodian NGO Sahmakum Teang Tnaut (STT), he authored a research paper titled "Examining Urban Poor Communities' Awareness and Perceptions of Participating in Environmental Impact Assessment.” Furthermore, Reach also participated in the KAS Horizon project by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), where he wrote a policy briefing titled "The Effects of China's Hydropower Dams on Food Security of the Lower Mekong Countries." Currently, his focus is on Cybersecurity, where he seeks to bridge the gap between traditional international trade and relations with the emerging challenges of the digital age.
