El Bunnaro holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He is a young research fellow at Future Forum, interested in Smart Cities and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Currently working on the National Road Improvement Project under a JICA loan, he has extensive experience in infrastructure development. His study exchanges in France and Italy exposed him to advanced urban transit systems, inspiring his research on modernizing Cambodia’s cities with smart public transport, including metro and city trains. He aims to bring global innovations to enhance urban mobility, reduce congestion, and create well-connected, sustainable cities.
