Aronsakda is an architect by training but has a strong wish to be an established researcher. He graduated from Montfort Del Rosario School of Architecture and Design (Assumption University, Thailand) in 2020 and went on to join Future Forum’s 2021 Young Researcher Program. His thesis research paper was titled “Rediscovering a Lost Identity” which focused on uncovering Khmer Architectural Identity and synthesizing those concepts with contemporary design trends. Additionally, another area of interest was on livable and sustainable urban planning and design. He hopes that his experience from the design field when combined with his emerging skills in policy research will add to the discussion for building a better Cambodia.
