Public Administration: Digitalization and Talent

About the Author

YANN Aoudourm

YANN Aoudourm is completing his Master’s in Public Administration at the Australian National University, Australia, and is president of the Cambodian Student Association in Canberra (CSAC). He was a former president of the Pannasastra University of Cambodia Alumni Association, president Pannasastra Student Senate, Chair of Student Research Committee (SRC) at International Association for Political Science Students (IAPSS), a global student organization based in the Netherlands. Additionally, Yann was a director of the Center for ASEAN Studies, Corporate Training Center and research consultant for projects with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and UNICEF. Academically, Yann earned his BA of Political Science from Cambodia, South Korea (Silla University), and the USA (Presbyterian College).
