Dr. DETH Sok Udom is Associate Professor of International Relations and Rector of Paragon International University (formerly Zaman University). Dr. Deth is also a Senior Fellow at the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP). Dr. DETH is credited with several academic publications and has been invited to give guest lectures at various institutions/universities. Occasionally, he also shares his insights on local and regional media about Cambodian and regional affairs as well.
