Soriya is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan, as an ADB-JSP scholar. She was previously awarded the MEXT scholarship and studied at Waseda University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP), Cambodia. She has served as a Junior Researcher at Future Forum and is currently working as a research consultant. Her research interests include Women’s Studies, Labor Economics, and Family Policy.
