KONG Soben is a landscape architect and urban planner known for his dedication to integrating urban green spaces and natural elements into city environments. After earning a degree in architectural engineering from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Soben pursued further studies in urban planning at Chongqing University, China. This solid educational foundation provided him with a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of landscape architecture and urban design.
In addition to his professional achievements, Soben is a co-founder and lead landscape architect of Jungle Landscape and Garden. He has collaborated with municipalities, private developers and community organization to create public space, parks, private gardens and greenways.
With a vision for cities where people and nature coexist harmoniously, Soben continues to push the boundaries of landscape architecture and urban planning, creating spaces that not only beautify urban areas but also foster environmental sustainability and improve resident well-being.
