OU Virak

Zoe majored in Natural Resources Management and Development within the Development Studies Faculty at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Currently, she works at a Cambodian research institution, where she has gained experience in climate change and natural resources governance projects. She also has past experience working with a conservation NGO on a Sarus Crane Conservation Project in two protected areas in the Lower Mekong Delta of Cambodia. Her research interests span a wide range of topics, including climate change and natural resources governance, renewable energy transitions, environmental safeguards, and sustainable economic development.
