Sok Chhengleang holds a bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and International Relations (IR). His interests include a particular focus on technology-enhanced teaching and learning, teacher policy development, and 21st-century skills. He is also interested in general education development trends. His participation in the Young Research Fellow program is believed to be a pathway to gain insights into policy practices, analysis, and discussion, further enriching his research interests.
