In collaboration with SecDev Foundation, we are calling for authors for Digital Culture in Cambodia, the first volume of Cambodia We Want (CWW) Project. The articles are examining related topics with a view towards a better understanding of digital culture in Cambodia and prescribing tangible policy recommendations for the purpose of supporting a range of stakeholders, including technologists, NGOs, and donors.
