MEAS Soth is working at the Research Office of the Department of Scientific Research of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, and a young research fellow at Future Forum. She gained her Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Institute of Foreign Languages of the Royal University of Phnom Penh before she achieved her Master of Education from Hiroshima University, Japan. She also has extensive experiences in English language teaching at various private language schools and universities in Phnom Penh. Her research interests are higher education and research, teacher education and training, English language teaching and learning, education, and public policy issues.
