Rern Nika is a young woman interested in the research fields of human trafficking, gender equality, and education. Currently a third-year student at the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) majoring in International Relations, she is also a senior at the Harpswell Foundation, an organization to advance young women leaders in Southeast Asia with education, training, and a supportive network. Additionally, Nika also serves as a program intern at Gender and Development in Cambodia (GADC), where she gains invaluable experience working on the frontlines of social change.
