OU Virak
Jakkrya graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambodia and from the Harpswell foundation. She was a project assistant intern at Cambodian Youth Network Association where she has had herself familiar with project planning and implementation, youth and community organizing, and communication with diverse environments. She had also published an opinion piece on Land Privatization in Cambodia through joining the Youth Civic Engagement Program with Politikoffee. She is currently working as an associated research assistant at Cambodia Development Resource Institute. Her research interests lie primarily in the areas around public policy such as community and rural development, modernization of agriculture and value chain, public resources management, sustainable development, and development patterns for least developed and developing countries.
