Khan Kalina is the CCHR’s Director of Finance and Administration. She is responsible for monitoring and evaluating financial, accounting and administrative activities. She needs to supervise all financial operations within the donor, including preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the CCHR annual budget, accounts, internal and donor financial reporting, and communication internally and externally with donors. Kalina shall ensure that CCHR acts in accordance with legal financial requirements. She graduated with a bachelor degree of Chemical Technical from the Cambodia-Soviet Friendship Institute of Advanced Technology which currently names as the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and she also studied a short course on accounting at the Vanda Institute. She previously worked as an accountant for a private company and variety of working experiences with organizations including the Cambodian Human Rights Coordination Committee as Finance Officer, the Human Rights Vigilance as Technical Staff of Child Rights Project, the Street Children Assistance & Development Program as Finance and Administrative Coordinator, and the Every Child as Finance and Admin Manager. She joined the CCHR in November 2007.
