Heang Chen is a Program Coordinator at Future Forum. As part of his work, Heang produced study reports, papers, and opinion piece articles concerned with security and politic-related topics covering infrastructure development, specifically China’s BRI projects in Cambodia. His articles and comments appeared in local and regional news outlets, such as the Diplomat, South China Morning Post, Southeast Asia Globe, and New Mandala. Heang also experienced joining public events – conferences, panel discussions, and radio talk shows – as an invited speaker in Cambodia and abroad. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambodia in late 2019.
