Soft Power and Environmental Diplomacy

Noting the kingdom’s uncertain future in the face of climate change, author CHAN Sam Art examines the opportunities for progressive environmental policy around reforestation and carbon trading. He asserts that Cambodia is well placed to lead by example and generate a pathway of environmental consciousness for others to follow.
